1. Introduction
Who these Terms apply to and how they work
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hebaje website, mobile application, and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Platform"). hebaje operates as an online casino and sports betting service made available to adult players located in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.
By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market on the hebaje Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
hebaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will notify registered users by email or via an on-platform notice. Age Requirement: The hebaje Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. hebaje performs age and identity verification at the withdrawal stage. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds returned minus any bonus credited.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open and maintain a hebaje account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You have not previously had a hebaje account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a hebaje employee.
2.2 Registration Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. hebaje may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided, including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on hebaje. Duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or household — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, hebaje reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonus claims, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account. hebaje will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify hebaje support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hebaje currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer options are available for select accounts. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hebaje does not accept cryptocurrency, credit card, or any other payment method not listed in the Platform's deposit section.
3.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and daily cumulative deposit limits are displayed within your account settings and may vary based on your account verification level, account history, and responsible gaming settings you have applied. hebaje reserves the right to adjust platform-wide deposit limits with reasonable notice.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad are ordinarily processed within 8 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours. hebaje may require identity and payment method verification before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the hebaje account.
3.4 Own Funds Obligation
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment source registered in your legal name. hebaje will not process deposits from third-party sources. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Processing Times: All timings stated for deposits and withdrawals are indicative under normal operating conditions. Delays may occur during high-volume periods, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. hebaje is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
How bonus offers work and the obligations they create
4.1 Bonus Eligibility
Promotional offers on hebaje are subject to individual eligibility criteria specified in the applicable offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to players who have completed account verification and made at least one qualifying real-money deposit. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive personalised bonus notifications but remain eligible for publicly available promotions.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, contribution percentages, and expiry period applicable to each bonus are stated in the offer's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
hebaje reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to manipulate qualifying conditions, and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems.
4.4 Promotion Modification
hebaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bets already placed under the original terms of that promotion. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments such as BPL and the T20 World Cup — are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer.
5. Betting Rules & Game Terms
Rules that apply to sports bets and casino game play
5.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to hebaje's acceptance at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. hebaje reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet, including bets placed by accounts identified as professional or syndicate bettors, or where the bet is placed on an event after its actual start time due to a data feed error.
5.2 Obvious Errors
Where a bet is accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a manifest or obvious error — including a pricing error, incorrect team or player assignment, or data feed corruption — hebaje reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. hebaje will endeavour to identify and communicate such errors promptly, but accepts no liability for losses arising from bets placed at erroneous odds that have already been settled.
5.3 Casino Game Results
All casino game outcomes on hebaje — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems provided by our software partners, which include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. hebaje does not alter, override, or influence game outcomes after a bet has been accepted. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome already generated by the provider's system will stand as the final result.
5.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits for each betting market and casino game are displayed within the respective game or market interface. These limits may differ by game type, player account tier, and applicable bonus terms. hebaje reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts without providing a reason.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Actions that will result in account suspension or permanent closure
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hebaje Platform. Where hebaje reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in any of the conduct listed below, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, void associated bets, and permanently close the account.
- Fraudulent Activity Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; providing false identity documentation; impersonating another individual.
- Money Laundering Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity. hebaje will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
- Collusion & Match Fixing Coordinating with other players or individuals with inside information about the outcome of a sporting event to gain an unfair betting advantage. hebaje cooperates fully with integrity investigations by sports governing bodies including the ICC and BCB.
- Software Exploitation Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to exploit game mechanics, gain an unfair RNG advantage, or manipulate bet placement systems.
- Chargebacks Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended and the disputed amount deducted from the wallet balance.
- Underage Gambling Attempting to register or play on the Platform while under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access for an underage individual.
Zero Tolerance: hebaje operates a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, collusion, and underage gambling. Confirmed cases will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances, with no right of appeal. Law enforcement referral may follow where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the hebaje Platform — including but not limited to the hebaje brand name and logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, written text, software code, and game assets supplied under licence from third-party providers — is the property of hebaje or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of hebaje. Unauthorised use of hebaje intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
hebaje endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. hebaje is not liable for any loss — including loss of bets, missed promotions, or inability to access funds — resulting from Platform downtime, whether planned or unplanned.
8.2 Gambling Losses
hebaje accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players on the Platform. By participating in any betting or casino game activity, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. hebaje strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.
8.3 Third-Party Services
hebaje is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) or third-party game software providers. Any dispute arising from a third-party service failure should be directed to that provider directly, although hebaje support will assist where possible in facilitating a resolution.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and hebaje arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact hebaje support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. hebaje will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms. hebaje's decisions regarding game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems are final and binding and are not subject to dispute on the grounds of perceived unfairness of a random result.
In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and hebaje with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
